If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days without processing fees. Please note that items returned within 30 days can be refunded to the original payment source.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Dawson Velma website. Returned items must be received in new, unused, and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Domestic customers that utilize a return shipping label provided by Dawson Velma will be subject to a restocking fee. The shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable.

Returns that are soiled, damaged, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If you are returning an item for an exchange, our team will need to confirm the thing you would like to receive instead. As soon as your returned package is processed, we will reach out with details regarding the exchange.

Returns received after 30 days of original receipt may be accepted at the discretion of Dawson Velma and will be for store credit only.

Returned items that were purchased as gifts will be dealt with on an individual basis.



Yes, we offer a 24-month limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date. If the watch parts or mechanics do not work correctly, and it is our fault, we will repair your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear, and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. If you have any questions, please contact us
